Target Rolls Out Specialty Pharmaceutical Program
Target Corp has joined the expanding network of chain and independentpharmacies participating in McKesson Corp's Specialty Health Network programto improve service for the increasing number of patients taking specialtypharmaceuticals. Target began rolling out the program in June 2004, andthese services will be available at all Target pharmacies by the end of 2004.
McKesson's Specialty Health Network provides better-quality services topatients taking specialty medications for chronic conditions such as rheumatoidarthritis, hepatitis C, and multiple sclerosis. Also, McKesson providesreimbursement services to help simplify medication coverage.
