What Economic Impact will Biosimilars Have in Health Care?

Grant Knowles, PharmD, vice president, Business Development, Ardon Health, discusses the potential impact biosimilars will have in health care.

Knowles: I think any time you introduce competition into an environment, there's a lot of opportunities for economic gains--they can be positive, they can be negative. I think it will be interested to watch to see as biosimilars are launched and see the traction with health plans and pharmacies.
