I mean, currently, obviously, it’s just going past the first the first fill, or even the first fill period, where we’ve been pretty much shut out from a lot of these commercial plans, so that’s been very frustrating. Because patients won’t always understand that, “I come here for my treatment but you can’t provide me with the medication I need for my cancer,” and that’s kind of a hard thing sometimes. So that’s definitely one thing. Payment reform is another thing. We’re part of the OCM project too, so getting some insight into that, and then all the different things that they’re doing in Congress currently right now. So those are some challenges that I see.
