In Midst of COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, APhA to Offer Virtual Program

Conferences such as the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) 2020 Annual Meeting and Expo are now implementing virtual versions of their programs.

Due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States, many upcoming events have been cancelled or postponed indefinitely to prevent further spreading of the virus.

Conferences such as the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) 2020 Annual Meeting and Expo are now implementing virtual versions of their programs to continue following proper protocol from the government.

APhA2020 Virtual will feature 25+ hours of CPE credit and more than 10 hours of live CPE credit, which will be presented at a future date. Video recordings of the APhA general session highlights will be included in the program, such as speeches from outgoing APhA President Brad P. Tice, PharmD, MBA, FAPhA, and incoming APhA President Michael D. Hogue, PharmD, FAPhA, FNAP.
