Getting on the Same Page Through Pharmacy Measures

We're rowing in the same direction as pharmacists, so that what is of interest to a payer, PBMs and pharmacies, according to PQA.

Pharmacy Times spoke with Lisa Hines, PQA Chief Quality and Innovation Officer, about why pharmacy measures are needed.

Hines: So it's really getting at aligning everybody's interests and incentives. And so we're rowing in the same direction so to speak, so that what is of interest to a payer, PBMs and pharmacies; we're all moving together, so alignment of what we're measuring and what good looks like.
