Indication: Pamprin Multi-Symptom is a combination medicine used to treat the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), such as tension, bloating, water weight gain, headache, muscle pain, cramps, and irritability.

Insight:

Generic name: acetaminophen, pamabrom, and pyrilamine
- Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and fever reducer.
- Pamabrom is a diuretic (water pill).
- Pyrilamine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body.
Do not take more of this medication than is recommended.
An overdose of acetaminophen can damage the liver or cause death.
Pamprin Multi-Symptom is usually taken only for a short time until PMS symptoms clear.

Common adverse effects: Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and blurred vision.
