The seventh edition of Pharmacotherapy: A Pathophysiologic Approach (Joseph T. DiPiro, PharmD, FCCP; Robert L. Talpert, PharmD, FCCP, BCPS; Gary C. Yee, PharmD, FCCP; Gary R. This textbook sets the standard in therapeutics courses in North American schools of pharmacy and is a trusted reference for those in practice. It not only offers evidence-based approaches to the medication treatment of diseases, but it goes beyond drug indications and dosages to include the initial selection, proper administration, and monitoring of drugs.
