Atripla combines Sustiva (efavirenz), manufactured by Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Truvada (emtricitabine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate), manufactured by Gilead Sciences, into 1 tablet. This product is the first-ever once-daily single-tablet regimen for HIV intended as a stand-alone therapy or in combination with other antiretrovirals.

Dosage Form: Each tablet contains 600 mg efavirenz, 200 mg emtricitabine, and 300 mg tenofovir disoproxil fumarate.
