Company Celebrates Milestone with a Donation

In honor of surpassing the 1-million-prescription mark for the acnemedication Duac Topical Gel (1% clindamycinand 5% benzoyl peroxide[BP]), manufacturer Stiefel LaboratoriesInc has made a $10,000 donation toCamp Discovery. The summer camp,sponsored by the American Academy ofDermatology (AAD), is for young individualswith a serious skin condition.

"We are greatly appreciative ofStiefel's generous donation to thisextremely worthy cause. It is our goalto increase the number of campersand, ultimately, camps for childrenand teens with skin disorders," saidClay Cockerell, MD, president-elect ofthe AAD, regarding the donation.
