Susan Cornell is associate director of experiential education and associate professor of pharmacy practice at Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy. She is also a diabetes care and medication management provider at the Bolingbrook Christian Health and Will-Grundy medical clinics, where she trains and supervises students as they provide diabetes education and medication management for patients in underserved communities. Dr. Cornell has received numerous awards in community service and teaching. She is also an active member of the American Diabetes Association and the American Association of Diabetes Educators, where she served on the board of directors from 2004 to 2007.
