Alka Bhatt, PharmD

Alka Bhatt, PharmD, currently serves as a Post-Doctoral Associate with the Rutgers Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry Program. Throughout pharmacy school, she served as chair and vice president of the Policy Committee for the Rutgers Chapter of American Pharmacists Association (APhA)-Academy of Student Pharmacists. Dr. Bhatt completed a 5-week rotation with the APhA’s Government Affairs department in Washington, DC, and served as the student trustee on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Pharmacists Association (NJPhA). She currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee for NJPhA and is a founding chair and current chairmain of the Advocacy Committee for the national pharmaceutical fraternity, Alpha Zeta Omega.
