The National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) today announced their support of InnovatixCares, a new accountable care organization (ACO) provider network that was recently launched by New York, New York-based Innovatix Network, LLC.
The National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) today announced their support of InnovatixCares, a new accountable care organization (ACO) provider network that was recently launched by New York, New York-based Innovatix Network, LLC.
“Specialty pharmacy services play an important role in the chronic care healthcare delivery model. Innovatix has recognized this, has responded to the needs of the market, and is being proactive by developing novel programs and services for ACOs that will differentiate and enhance their services, as well as provide greater value to healthcare providers,” said Gary M. Cohen, BSPharm, RPh, co-founder and chief executive officer, NASP.
InnovatixCares will offer its non-acute care provider members all administrative aspects of joining an ACO, including credentialing; reimbursement agreement assistance; facilitating claims, payments, and prior authorization issues; marketing and community outreach; best practice protocols; and more.
