Alexandria, VA – January 15, 2025 – The Center for Innovation & Value Research (Center), a non-profit research organization committed to advancing the science, practice, and use of health technology assessment (HTA) in healthcare, is proud to announce the 6th Annual Methods Summit “Exploring Patient-Centered Value Research from Definition to Dissemination,” on March 19, 2025, in Washington DC. This will be an in-person event with a livestream option.

The 6th Annual Methods Summit offers a comprehensive exploration of patient-centered value research, guiding attendees through every stage – defining value and engaging patients to implementing and refining research strategies based on real-time data. This widely attended event unites experts across diverse fields including academia, HEOR, HTA, patient-centered research, patient engagement, and policy to drive advancements in patient-centered research and decision-making.

Panel Session Objectives

Session 1: Defining Patient-Centered Value Research

This session will outline and clarify what constitutes patient-centered value in healthcare research, establishing foundational principles and exploring varied perspectives on measuring patient value.

Session 2: Engaging Patients Early - Innovative Approaches to Co-Designing Research
