RAGBRAI 2018 Day 6: Small Towns, Big Hearts

Stay tuned all week to watch our Editor in Chief's RAGBRAI ride with the Iowa Pharmacy Association.

Having a blast reporting for @Pharmacy_Times at @RAGBRAI_IOWA With @IowaPharmacyIPA biking across Iowa to support their foundation- this was a great little farm along the route! #PTRidesRAGBRAI pic.twitter.com/HW2N0NitJl

Towns along the RAGBRAI route have been very inviting to cyclists. In Keota, Iowa, the population dramatically increased when riders came to town.

Many local residents are welcoming the #RollinRx team with fanfare, including banners, and serving food, and water.

The history in these little towns is amazing. This nearly original, and still functional NuCara pharmacy was opened by the Alexander family in 1910.

The team of mobile pharmacists visited Pharmacy on 8th in Wellman, Iowa, another great, little pharmacy in a great, little town.
