In response to a customer’s inquiry regarding the high price of Retin-A, the pharmacist responds, “What do you expect … they’re using it for wrinkles instead of pimples,” emphasizing the point by poking violently at the customer’s face.

Calling the phone number on an e-script and being told the doctor doesn’t practice there.
Looking for a Quick Fix?
The customary weekend phone call that goes something like this: “Do you have oxycodone 30 mg in stock? I’ll pay for it with cash.”
Quick Switch.
When a customer requests a few pills until he can see the physician, but he has the new prescription sent to a competing pharmacy. Then, when he thinks the price is too high, he requests that the prescription be transferred back to your pharmacy in a hurry because he’s out of pills.
