“Where Can I Find a Plumber?” When customers use us as their Yellow Pages.

Patients Who Don’t Know the Names of Their Meds. When patients ask me to fill their “white pill,” but they take 7 different medications. Patients should know the names of their medications, even if they can’t pronounce the names.

Saying a Script Is Ready, When It’s not. When doctors’ offices tell patients before they leave that their prescription is ready at the pharmacy. Patients arrive at the pharmacy, but the doctors haven’t yet e-scribed or sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy.

Management That’s Out of Touch. When corporate decides on new policies or ways to do things without ever working a day on the bench!

Rush Requests. Patients who wait until an hour before they leave town to drop off and/or pick up their meds.
