Mediware and Rock-Pond Expand Partnership

Companies to jointly market software to health care providers.

Mediware Information Systems, Inc, a provider of comprehensive post-acute care health care software and Rock-Pond Solutions, a developer of sophisticated reporting and analytics software, announce they have signed an agreement to jointly distribute software products.

The companies will build on their historical success by delivering interoperable software solutions and collaborate on the development of new products. The new products will have deeper integration and provide a seamless service to mutual customers.

Both companies are long-term suppliers to the post-acute health care market. Their combined offerings provide an end-to-end technology solution for providers who deliver Home Infusion (IV), Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Specialty Pharmacy services to patients.
