Kroger Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Kroger Co.'s Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 18.5¢ per share to be paid on March 1, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 16, 2015.

CINCINNATI, Jan. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kroger Co.'s (NYSE: KR) Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 18.5¢ per share to be paid on March 1, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 16, 2015.

In September, Kroger's Board of Directors raised the quarterly dividend by approximately 12 percent, to 18.5¢ per share. Kroger has delivered double-digit compound growth in its dividend since it was reinstated in 2006. The company continues to expect an increasing dividend over time.
