Modafinil is indicated to improve wakefulness in adult patients with excessive sleepiness associated with narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and shift work disorder. In OSA, modafinil is indicated as an adjunct to standard treatment for the underlying obstruction. For patients with narcolepsy and OSA, Modafinil Tablets should be taken as a single dose in the morning. For patients with shift work disorder, Modafinil Tablets should be taken approximately 1 hour before the start of their shift.

Indication: The FDA approved Vancomycin Hydrochloride Capsules, USP, for the treatment of Clostridium difficile—associated diarrhea (CDAD) and enterocolitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus, including methicillin- resistant strains. For CDAD, the recommended dosage for adults 18 years and older is 125 mg orally 4 times daily for 10 days.
