Pharmacists may get more questions about Xarelto, if patients have seen a recent commercial for the prescription medication.

In the spot, called “Not Today: Factory,” the narrator says that Xarelto is proven to reduce the risk of and treat another deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism.

According to the commercial, in clinical trials almost 98% of patients did not have another deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism with Xarelto.
