Joan Thompson, PharmD, of Hen House Pharmacy #27 in Kansas City, Kansas, was stumped by this prescription. Do you know what drug the doctor prescribed?
With twice the handwriting crammed onto a single slip, this double-prescription proved a formidable challenge for staff pharmacist Brandon Eldridge, PharmD, of Super D Drugs #15 in Sikeston, Missouri. Eldridge had to call the physician’s office for clarification. Can you tell what it says?
