Wellogic Teams Up with SureScripts

Wellogic has joined the SureScripts network. The recent agreement connects Wellogic's Web-based health care portal,Wellogic Consult, and its health information exchange platform, Wellogic Platform, to SureScripts. Wellogic, a health care software solutions company, has begun the testing phase of the certification process and expects completion of its connectivity to SureScripts by the end of the first quarter of 2005.

After the certification process is complete, Consult's electronic prescribing capabilities will allow 2-way communication with the SureScripts network.Wellogic's end users and platform licensors will be able to transact with pharmacies and pharmacy technology vendors. The SureScripts certification process requires crucial steps, including integrating the SureScripts network with the Wellogic solution, thorough testing of the system to guarantee the successful transmission of electronic prescriptions, and a commitment to Sure- Script's business rules.
