Daily Routine Aids Better Sleep

A study reported recently in Chronobiology International found an association between lifestyle regularity and good sleep. For thestudy, 100 healthy participants were tested using a diary and a questionnaire to examine the relationship between lifestyle regularityand subjective sleep quality. The purpose of the study was to determine if getting up, going to bed, and performing daily tasks atapproximately the same time would be favorable for improved sleep. The study results showed that the participants with higher levelsof lifestyle regularity had fewer sleep problems and were less prone to depression.
