Rx 2: Registered Pharmacist John R. Cully, of Newman Medical Center Pharmacy in Shattuck, Okla, received this prescription on a Friday and was unable to read it. He called the prescribing physician's office, and it was closed for the weekend. Finally, on Monday after 3 calls from Cully and 2 from the patient, someone at the physician's office called back and confirmed the order. Can you translate this prescription?
