In a session held at the ASHP 2018 Summer Meeting and Exhibition, Leticia Shea, PharmD, BCACP, who is an associate professor of pharmacy at Regis University, talked about the role that pharmacists can play in educating patients on medical cannabis use. In this clip, Dr. Shea talks about how it is important for pharmacists to keep an open dialogue with their patients so that they can properly counsel on potential drug interactions and ensure safe use.
