Rebecca Wise, BS, MEd, PharmD, CGP

Rebecca Miller Wise, BS, MEd, PharmD, CGP, is a geriatric ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at Life Works Erie, an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Director of Admissions for LECOM School of Pharmacy. She is a business owner and former pharmacy manager in community pharmacy and serves as a statewide mentor for implementation of patient care services.
