Brooke Griffin, PharmD, BCACP: We live in an era where women want to be a hands-on mom, and have a high-level career. We want to be a room parent and a director of pharmacy or a committee chair or some other goal of ours. You know, it’s OK to level up in pharmacy, and also make it to the soccer game. So, what we need is flexibility. We need support, and mentorship from our leaders in order to get that done.
