On Halloween, a Sangerville, Maine, man pleaded guilty to robbing the E.W. Moore & Sons Pharmacy with a sawed-off shotgun 3 years ago.

James Stile, 57, allegedly entered the pharmacy in September 2011, pointed the shotgun at the owner and 3 employees, and demanded narcotics, The Bangor Daily News reports. As the pharmacy owner filled a bag with the drugs, Stile allegedly tied the employees’ hands and feet with zip ties, and did the same to the owner once he finished filling the bag.

Stiles left with nearly 100 bottles of prescription drugs, valued at $13,000, The Bangor Daily News noted.

Stile was initially charged with robbery of controlled substances from a Drug Enforcement Administration-registered pharmacy, use of a firearm in the furtherance of a federal crime of violence, being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, and manufacturing more than 100 marijuana plants, which were found during his arrest.

With the exception of the robbery charge, all charges will be dropped pursuant to his plea agreement. Stile faces up to 25 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
