ADVANCIS CHANGES ITS CORPORATE NAME

Advancis Pharmaceutical Corp has changed its corporate name to Middlebrook Pharmaceuticals Inc. The company is the supplier of cephalexin (Keflex) capsules.
MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals is a company focused on the development and commercialization of anti-infective drug products that fulfill substantial unmet medical needs in the treatment of infectious disease.
In May 2007, the FDA accepted for review MiddleBrook?s new drug application for Amoxicillin PULSYS, a once-daily pulsatile-release formulation of amoxicillin for oral administration.
