Pharmacy Times Author Guidelines

Pharmacy Times is a monthly magazine and Web site that is mailed to more than 162,500 pharmacists in practice sites that include: chain and independent drugstores, hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, federal health care facilities, colleges of pharmacy, managed care sites, and other specialty practices. Articles should be geared either to this broad audience or to a specialized segment. All articles should have application to pharmacists’ everyday practice needs, including drug therapy management; pharmaceutical care; drug information; medication safety; and general articles impacting the practice of pharmacy.

Prior to writing an unsolicited manuscript, authors should submit a proposal or an article outline. Articles submitted must be exclusive to Pharmacy Times and are subject to peer and editorial review. Accepted manuscripts will be edited for style and space requirements. Authors may request a proof copy prior to publication.

All article proposals/outlines, manuscripts, and other materials should be emailed to: Alicia Rybovic, Associate Editor: arybovic@pharmacytimes.com. The Pharmacy Times mailing address is 666 Plainsboro Road, Suite 300, Plainsboro, NJ 08536; telephone: 609-716-7777.
